Scarsdale Diet - Devilled Shrimp Recipe

This one's great if you like shrimp, perfect for everyday use.

Ingredients (serves 1-2)


  1. Crush the garlic, dice the onion, peel the tomato and chop the parsley
  2. Coat a skillet with non-stick vegetable spray
  3. Heat and add shrimps, sauteing on each side for 2 minutes
  4. Add wine, mustard, garlic, onion, salt and pepper
  5. Cover and cook on a meduim heat for 10 minutes
  6. Add tomato, breaking it up with a fork
  7. Mix well, cover and cook for a further 10 minutes
  8. Add parsley and serve immediately
