Scarsdale Diet - Lamb Stew Recipe

This is a great one if you need to entertain during your diet.

Ingredients (serves 4)


  1. Slice/chop all vegetables
  2. Broil lamb and place in saucepan with vegetables and seasoning
  3. Cook over a low heat for one hour until meat is tender
  4. Add tomato juice or bouillon while cooking to keep moist
  5. Allow to stand for 15 minutes
  6. Can be served immediately or reheated later
