Scarsdale Diet - Snacking Between Meals

Whilst on the Scarsdale Diet you may feel like you don't have any energy at times, particularly in the afternoons, or you may just fancy a little snack to tide you over. Snacks that are permitted include carrots and celery, the good news is that you can eat as much as you like. Additionally you can make low sodium vegetable broth to which you can add celery and carrots should you wish.

For another snacking 'pick me up' try a hot cup of black tea or coffee with artificial sweetener.
